Are you looking to hire new employees for your business? Visit Santa Barbara is partnering with several organizations on Sept. 28 for what is expected to be the biggest job fair of the year! Thanks to a funding opportunity from the Santa Barbara Foundation, a job fair will be held in the downtown Santa Barbara area and we are inviting you to participate in this FREE event.
Meet prospective job seekers and introduce your business to the local community in a relaxed setting and meet applicants who could be a perfect fit for your growing team. Space is limited and registration is based on a first come, first served basis. Please note that if your organization does not get the chance to participate, Visit Santa Barbara will be hosting additional career fairs in the fall and winter seasons.

Each participant will be provided with a 6' table. Click here to register.
What to Bring:
- 1-2 representatives from your organization, if possible, a team member who is fluent in Spanish
- Details about available positions at your business (full-time, part-time, seasonal)
- Each employer is also welcome to bring a table covering, signage or any other décor for the table
- While not required, you are welcome to bring any handouts, giveaways, or snacks to offer attendees
